What we do

Formidable helps course facilitators run collaborative document workflows online. Upload a Word document, invite students, collect answers and signatures with clear role rules, then export a PDF — without losing the structure of your original forms.

Who it’s for

Training organisations, employment-services providers, and program facilitators who still rely on Word-based packs (career development plans, initial/final assessments, consent and privacy forms, and similar). If you deliver programs in the style of Workforce Australia or other government-funded skills pathways, Formidable is built for that paperwork reality.

How it works

1. Facilitator creates a course and uploads one or more Word templates
2. Blue fields, checkboxes, and signature areas become interactive controls
3. Students receive a personal link (optional email/SMS verification code)
4. Each person completes only their allowed fields; facilitator commits when ready
5. Download a completed PDF for records

Tokens, not seats

Pricing is usage-based: courses, documents, and students consume tokens. New facilitators get a one-time free trial pack so you can run a real cohort before buying more.
